Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator

In this full-time role, you’ll help fabricate quality sheet metal and ductwork while working with a team that takes pride in its craft. We offer competitive pay, a production bonus program, ongoing training, and a strong benefits package.

What we’re looking for

• At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or ductwork


• MIG welding experience, or a willingness to learn


• Ability to meet project deadlines in a busy shop environment


• Comfort working in a high-noise environment


• Basic computer skills


• Valid Virginia driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
