Key Responsibilities

• Execute all adventure guide duties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing rotations and guest check-ins.
• Submit daily reports to communicate vital information effectively.
• Monitor guest bookings and adjust staffing schedules based on demand.

Health & Safety

• Maintain Go Ape’s rescue training standards and perform risk assessments.
• Support site management with high-level inspections and audits.
• Assist with new hire training and ensure staff competencies.
• Submit accident and incident reports to relevant departments.
