As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide a team of 7–10 Brewistas, ensuring smooth operations while learning how to run a business. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, systems, and guest experience from the ground up—and to grow with us as we expand.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for leading a team of 7-10 people while learning how to run a business.
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Keep operations running smoothly, from inventory to shift checklists.
• Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.

What We Need From You:

• Leadership skills and a passion for building people up.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Previous food service or retail leadership experience is a plus.

Salary Description:

• $13.73/hr base pay
• Tip-eligible role
