Shift Leader

Essential duties and responsibilities :

People management

-Trains and develops by following Mooyah training guidelines

-Educates, monitors, communicates, and reinforces all standards to team members.

Operations Management

-ensures restaurant is operating at the highest standards and is compliant with all federal and state regulations.

-demonstrates ability to execute every station according to Mooyah standards and procedures

-responsibile for execution of all store systems

-ensures restaurant is for successfully executing all quality control programs

Financial Management

-supports management in all areas that impact profitability, including labor costs, waste management, costs of goods, and sales

Education and Work Experience Requirements

-documented skills in managing a food service establishment for minimum 1 year

-current food safety management certificate

-ability to motivate team members

-ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Requirements:

-High School degree or equivalent required.

-Minimum 1 years working in a restaurant environment, showing career progression and verifiable results.

-Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting. Bilingual preferred

-Capable of solving problems quickly and efficiently.

-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment.

-Ability to understand costs controls, and restaurant operations.

-Focuses on guests experiences.

-Demonstrates highly motivated, energetic, and engaging characteristics.
