What You’ll Do as a Team Leader:

• Lead by example and set the tone for exceptional teamwork and service.
• Assist with day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Respond immediately and respectfully to guest needs.
• Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they embrace our values and standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, manage shifts, and serve as a key holder.
• Count drawers, finalize the day’s financials, and ensure operational accuracy.
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment for Team Members.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Preferred but not required: prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, or manager.
