Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead the team in their absence
• Convey and uphold Wingstop’s culture and mission to serve the world flavor
• Delegate tasks and manage shift activities, including opening and closing duties
• Resolve customer issues and assist team members with troubleshooting
• Document and report operational matters to upper management
