Overview:

At Tropical Smoothie Cafe Downtown, we have a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. We believe in creating relationships with our staff, as we believe it is the building block for a thriving business. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for taking orders, providing excellent customer service, making food and smoothies, prepping food with accurate measuring and weighing, stocking, and clean-up. You will also have the opportunity to train new team members and delegate and run scheduled shifts. No fryer cleaning required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking orders and providing exceptional customer service
• Making food and delicious smoothies
• Accurate measuring and weighing during food prep
• Stocking and maintaining cleanliness
• Training new team members

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to provide unparalleled hospitality to our customers
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
