Weekly Hours: Included within the 2,520 weekly hours for Surveillance, MRT, QRF, and Shift Supervisors

Estimated Staffing Need: Included within the combined 63 FTE requirement 

Position Summary

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking experienced Shift Supervisors (Sergeants) to support an upcoming federal security contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

The Shift Supervisor serves in a front-line supervisory capacity supporting armed security operations and must be capable of performing the duties required of subordinate armed officers.

Required Experience 

• Provide front-line supervision of assigned armed security personnel. 
• Support compliance with site Post Orders and operational requirements. 
• Perform duties of subordinate armed officers as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capability. 
• Ability to supervise armed security personnel. 
• Must be capable of performing subordinate armed officer duties.
• Prior security and/or law enforcement experience.
