The Shift Supervisor oversees daily kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, productivity, sanitation compliance, inventory control, and team performance. The role requires a strong culinary background and the ability to lead line cooks and kitchen staff in a fast-paced commissary kitchen environment.
