Shipping & QC Coordinator

This position is part-time, averaging 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time in the future.

General Responsibility: The Shipping & Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for preparing and shipping Surgere RFID tags and hardware according to purchase order specifications. 

Shipping & QC Coordinator Job Duties:

• Prepare and ship tags, hardware and other items per client purchase orders
• Ensure quality and accuracy of printed tags meets or exceed customer or Surgere specifications through visual and system verification.
• Count & Re-Roll tags
• Complete customs documentation for international shipping
• Deliver tag orders to FedEx or UPS drop-off location when needed
• Generate client communication as needed for shipment tracking or customs
• Keep work area and print room clean and organized
• Assist Operations team with other projects as needed
• Make 100% of Surgere customers “Raving Fans”
