Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Findlay Toyota Henderson is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Henderson, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to company procedures


• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and in a timely manner


• Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities


• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipment issues


• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently


• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations


• Assist with inventory management and stock organization

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred


• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification a plus)


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
