Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Position: Supervisor, Shipping & Receiving

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania (or within 35 miles)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience leading shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory controls.
• Business acumen: P&L, Annual Budgets, Bill of Lading, Recordkeeping, Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, or SAP S/4HANA
• Ensures safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost savings within the shipping and receiving areas.
• Supervises warehouse personnel: Trains, assigns duties and tasks, scheduling and timekeeping.
• Meets department goals, objectives, and Key Process Indicators (KPI): Performance, Accuracy, Damage, On-Time Delivery, and Inventory Accuracy.
