Position Overview

SIC is seeking motivated and dependable Shipping / Assembly Team Members to support our shipping operations while contributing across multiple production and assembly areas as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Forklift operation is required for this role. While the primary focus will be in shipping and receiving, team members will be cross-trained and utilized in other departments based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials


• Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, and store materials


• Prepare products and equipment for shipment


• Support assembly and production operations as needed


• Use hand and power tools to assist with assembly and packaging tasks


• Read and accurately use a tape measure


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Follow quality standards and safety procedures


• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Skills Needed

• Forklift operation

Previous experience is preferred and will be compensated accordingly; however, it is not required. SIC provides on-the-job training for individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
