Job Functions:

• Process inbound and outbound shipments using multiple approved shipping methods, including standard, express, and high‑value secure carriers, in accordance with company policies and security requirements.
• Receive shipments with thorough and accurate recordkeeping to ensure proper inventory and chain‑of‑custody controls.
• Package merchandise securely to meet shipping, insurance, and compliance standards.
• Distribute received merchandise to appropriate internal teams or destinations.
• Track shipments across various shipping platforms and proactively monitor delivery status.
• Communicate via email with vendors and store teams to support shipping‑related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Maintain organized shipping supplies and backstock inventory.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in all shipping activities.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Must be a self-motivator
• Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to work in Charlotte, NC office
