Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Management Specialist

• Keep 15,000 sq ft of warehouse organized.
• Make sure quantities per sku in system match quantities on hand.
• Verify contents and quantities of all incoming shipments and put away.
• Pick and stage orders given to them from Customer service.
• Figure out shipping specs of an order and obtain freight rates via email or online
• Schedule pickups with carriers through phone and email.
• Have 2 direct reports who primary language is Spanish but do speak English.

• Excellent communication skills / interpersonal skills / organization skills / ability to multitask

• Minimum 5 years forklift experience
• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience in:
  • order picking
  • staging
  • shipping/receiving (LTL/TL/intermodal)
  • inventory management
  • order fulfillment
  • distribution warehouse experience a plus

• Must have a least finished High School in good standing
• Must know how to use MS Office programs, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
