Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

Hutchinson Cadillac is seeking a motivated and results-driven Shipping Supervisor to lead first-shift warehouse and shipping operations. This position is responsible for supervising shipping personnel, coordinating daily outbound shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The position is being recruited to provide first-shift leadership support within the warehouse and shipping function.

• Supervise and support daily shipping and warehouse activities
• Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate shipment processing
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with production, customer service, and logistics teams
• Promote continuous improvement and compliance with company policies
