Shipping/Receiving Verifier (BOL)

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Double-check paperwork and send shortage reports 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Responsible for inputting all information into JDE for BOL creation. 

Receive the daily Wawa order and generate a production order. 

Create a non-cart report for production and distribution in JDE. 

Generate several formula calculators for production. 

Adjust in JDE (SKU/tray count) changes. 

Take care of Wawa add-on orders and special orders (QC/R&D). 

Receive daily orders from Taylor Farms. 

Generate Taylor Farm orders. 

Conduct pre-load trailer inspections. 

Print and review remaining quantities for the Wawa order in the Man base as requested. 

Responsible for recording all returning trailer contents. 

Take part in the Penske cross-dock rotation. (product receiving) 

Communicating customer needs to the Foreman for resolution. (Management Approval) 

Complete all EOD/EDI reports and turn them into Management. 

Loading/unloading carts/trays 

Maintain all Safety Regulations, GMP’s, company policies, and procedures as  

All other tasks as directed by Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

• High School diploma or equivalent
