About this Opportunity

PAM Transport is seeking a highly skilled Shop Foreman with a passion for developing new talent in a fleet maintenance environment. We are looking for a strong but fair and inclusive individual to manage all aspects of shop operations including hiring, training and supervising qualified employees while making reactive maintenance a thing of the past. As a member of the PAM Transport family, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on equipment uptime and shop efficiency through the development and execution of long and short term goals, action plans and effective leadership.

Schedule and Pay

This position is Monday – Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

What does a successful candidate look like in this role?

• Responsible for PM and repair of heavy duty tractors and trailers
• Maintain a focus on cost control and time management by monitoring and analyzing all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies
• Promote a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company and OSHA standards as well as with all applicable laws/regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control for all repairs
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all shop staff
• Track, maintain and review Open Repair Orders and Report as directed
