Shop Helper

• 
  Pack, label, and
  stage outgoing job boxes and install materials for field
  service and projects
  
  
• 
  Organize, prepare,
  and maintain installation materials and job-specific
  tools
  


• 
  Fulfill, pack, and
  ship customer orders for consumables and spare parts
  accurately and on time
  
  
• 
  Communicate with
  the team to ensure proper part availability and order
  accuracy
  


• 
  Assist with
  receiving and inspecting incoming parts and tools
  Perform physical inventory counts and maintain
  accurate stock levels
  
  
• 
  Maintain a clean,
  safe, and organized shop and warehouse environment
  
  
• 
  
  Assist technicians
  and engineers with staging and cleaning tools or
  equipment
  


• 
  Help load/unload
  trucks and manage parts storage
  
  
• 
  Dispose of
  packaging, scrap, and shop waste
  
  
• 
  Perform light
  facility maintenance as needed
  
  
• 
  Mechanical experience
  is a
  plus!

Requirements

• Familiarity with inventory software and
  shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx) is a plus
  
  
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment,
  and part numbers
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on
  your feet for extended periods
  
  
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and
  attention to detail
  
  
• Team player with good communication
  skills
  
• 
  Forklift experience a plus (training
  available)
  
• 
  Valid driver's license and reliable
  transportation
