Shore Excursion

• Promote
  and sell all available shore excursions to maximize revenue.
  
• Provide
  accurate and detailed information to guests regarding tour offerings.
  
• Proactively
  upsell and upgrade tours during guest interactions.
  
• Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction through
  exceptional service and support.
  
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and refund requests professionally.
  

Requisitos

• High
  school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or tourism (preferred).
  
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with
  guests and crew.
  
• Previous
  experience in cruise ship operations, hospitality, or travel sales.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Strong customer service orientation.
  
• Sales and upselling experience preferred.
  
• Computer literacy and
  familiarity with booking and excursión systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  
• Speak additional languages
  such as Spanish, French or Germán preferred.
