Showroom Coordinator – Full-Time

Dan Cummins CDJR of Paris is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable, people-focused team member to join us as a Showroom Coordinator!

As our Showroom Coordinator, you'll be one of the first faces our customers see and an important part of creating an exceptional dealership experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Welcome customers and guests with a warm, professional attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department

  
  


• 
  

  Help create a positive, welcoming showroom environment

  
  


• 
  

  Assist the sales team with customer-service and administrative needs

  
  


• 
  

  Help coordinate appointments and customer visits

  
  


• 
  

  Answer basic customer questions and make sure they get connected with the right person

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain an organized and professional reception/showroom area

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with general office and administrative tasks

  
  


• Document imaging


• 
  

  Provide the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back

Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or the automotive industry is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
