Showroom Sales Consultant – Hot Tubs & Swim Spas

📍 North Hampton, NH

This role pays $20/hr base plus 2–5% commission on sales. Typical earnings range $60,000–$100,000 annually depending on performance

We’re Legacy Outdoor Group (St. Cyr Pool & Spa and Budget Pools) and we are searching for people who can drive results, close deals, and build a career.

What You’ll Do

• Meet walk-in customers and guide them to a decision today, not someday.


• Run a structured 5-step sales process (we’ll train you, but you need the drive).


• Sell hot tubs ($13K–$15K average) and swim spas ($25K–$45K).


• Follow up with leads by text, phone, and email until the sale is closed.


• Perform retail duties to keep the store showtime-ready:

  • Assist with water testing and recommendations
  
  
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for tours
  
  
  
  


• Hit and exceed daily/weekly sales metrics we don’t wait for “busy season.”
  
  

What You’ll Earn

• $20/hour base pay (40 hrs/week)


• 2–5% commission on sales
  
  
  
  • Example: $15,000 hot tub = $300–$750 commission
  
  
  • Example: $35,000 swim spa = $700–$1,750 commission
  
  
  
  


• Top performers can earn $80K–$100K+ annually.
