Shuttle Bus Operator

Vivalon Rides is hiring Shuttle Bus Operator Drivers in Marin County! 

Vivalon is a Marin-based non-profit serving the community for 70 years and has been recognized 8 times as a "Best Place's to Work" in the North Bay, and our most recent 2025 award as "Best Social Organization" from the Marin Independent Journal. 

Drivers can earn up to $28/hour (depending on experience and type of driver's license) with paid training included + full benefits! In addition, we offer a set daytime schedule - Monday through Friday - NO WEEKENDS & NO EVENINGS! 

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Friendly & reliable, plus excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others
• Clear driving record
• Valid California Driver's License required
• Good physical condition to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers
• Ability to attend paid training in San Rafael, CA from about 8/9 am-5 pm for 5 business days
• Provide one professional reference
• Pass a pre-employment physical, alcohol, and drug screen, and submit to random drug and alcohol testing consistent with federal law throughout employment

Compensation and Benefits:

• $22 - $28/hour depending on experience and type of driver's license you have.
