Siding Subcontractor

Duties

• Perform installation tasks including but not limited to concrete forming, drywall installation, and stucco application.
  
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete projects.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations according to specifications.
  
• Conduct masonry work as needed, ensuring high -quality finishes.
  
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
  
• Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material requirements and labor needs.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  

Skills

• Proficiency in concrete forming techniques.
  
• Experience with caulking applications for sealing joints and cracks.
  
• Strong knowledge of power tools operation and maintenance.
  
• Familiarity with drywall installation processes.
  
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and implement plans effectively.
  
• Knowledge of metal stud framing practices.
  
• Experience in masonry work is a plus.
  
• Understanding of construction estimating principles.
  
• Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced construction site environment.
