Sign Shop Collator

Direct Report To: Sign Shop/POS Coordinator

Summary: The Sign Shop Collator is responsible for compiling, mounting and organizing all printed material in the Sign Shop. This includes but is not limited to daily sign requests, chain sign requests, cooler wraps and window perforated signs. This role plays a critical part in executing point-of-sale (POS) materials, digital assets, and promotional campaigns that drive brand visibility and market share for all GBD brand portfolios.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mount any/all signs on coroplast as requested.
• Collate any/all chain printed material, including properly identifying all chain printed material.  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
• Review and proof designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality control. 
• Stay current on design trends, logos, tools, and industry best practices.

Secondary Duties:

• Assist with neon/LED repair if needed.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels on various POCM.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into designs

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Completed Sign Shop Certifications in BrewU per AB WEA Requirements 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods while working 
• Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds) as needed

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with moderate noise levels 
• Occasional travel to retail accounts, if requested
• May require extended hours during peak promotional periods or major events
