  • Time & Attendance: Assist in monitoring team metrics, tracking hours, and organizing training matrices to ensure proper certifications are up-to-date.

  • Procurement & Inventory: Monitor inventory levels of safety gear (PPE), office supplies, and tools, ensuring the team is fully equipped.

  • Communication Link: Act as an administrative liaison between site management, subcontractors, corporate safety leadership, and customer representatives.

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant field experience).

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a safety coordination, administrative support, or facility services environment (manufacturing or automotive sectors preferred).

  • Certifications: OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour General Industry/Construction certification strongly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital Safety Management Systems.
