Join a dynamic and innovative construction team that specializes in delivering high-quality metal buildings, concrete foundations, insulation, and MORE!



As we continue expanding our operations, we are seeking a motivated Site Advisor to join our team and collaborate closely with our Sales Team, Site Department, Project Teams, and subcontractors to help ensure projects are set up for success before construction begins.



You'll spend your time in the field evaluating properties, meeting clients, identifying site challenges, and helping create accurate scopes of work that allow our clients to make informed decisions and our operations teams to execute successfully.

A day in the life of a Site Advisor


-Workdays: Monday-Friday (occasional weekends or on-call as needed for projects)


-Hours: 8AM-6PM (Central Time)


OT often needed based on workload/projects (5-10 hrs)


1 hour lunch break


-Site Evaluations:Visit client properties prior to project sale to assess site conditions/measurements, measure elevations, drainage, access points, grading needs, and overall project readiness.


-Concrete Planning:Determine foundation preparation requirements including fill material, grading, leveling, drainage improvements, and other site-related considerations.


-Client Education:Meet directly with clients to explain site conditions, justify recommendations, and help them understand how proper site preparation impacts the long-term success of their project.


-Risk Assessment:Identify potential issues that could affect project cost, scheduling, construction quality, or future building performance if not addressed properly.


-Site Documentation:Take measurements, photos, notes, and create detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.


-Sales Support:Serve as a technical resource for the Sales Team by providing accurate site information and helping establish realistic project expectations.


-Subcontractor Coordination:Answer questions from site/concrete subcontractors regarding property conditions, findings, access, elevations, drainage concerns, and site preparation requirements.


-Project Handoff:Provide complete site assessments to the Site Department so accurate scopes can be developed and subcontractor pricing can be obtained.


-Communication:Act as a strong liaison between clients, sales, site operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure everyone is aligned.


-Continuous Improvement:Stay informed on industry best practices related to site preparation, grading, drainage, concrete foundations, and construction planning.

Salary:


$70k+ (based on experience) 


Plus, commission structure after qualification
