Site Based Mentoring Coordinator

BBBS is looking for a dynamic, engaging professional to develop and support a school based mentoring program in the Casper area. Must be motivated to build relationships and community support, able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and personalities, and great at fostering connections. The position works closely with youth and volunteers in a fun, dynamic organization. Case Management or Development experience a plus.
Requires Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree + 2 years relevant experience, or 4+ years relevant experience.

This is a hybrid position based in Casper, WY. Successful candidates will have the availability to meet youth and volunteers at their schools. This role allows for remote work as well.
