Site Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time, non-exempt

Salary:  $21/hr 

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 1:00pm-5/6pm depending on location. Friday 11:00am-5/6pm (depending on location).

Position:  Works with youth grades K-6th & Supervises Staff

Location: TBD-Elementary School Site within the Newhall School District

You will work with a wide variety of youth and parents from various socioeconomic backgrounds. 

Key Responsibilites:

Under the supervision of the School Site Director, the Site Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of programming at the Club and leading Youth Development Professionals.  Experience should cover a wide variety of youth development programs and supervisory experience. The School Site Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of staff supervision, program planning/implementation, and communication with the school and parents. 

At least two years working with children and parents

Previous experience supervising employees required

Must be 18 years or older

Previous experience in behavior modification with children

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Able to lift up to 20 pounds, standing, bending, sitting, and walking for long periods. 

Able to to motivate, encourage, and lead a team of Youth Development Professionals
