Site Lead (Construction Services)

LotusWorks is seeking an experienced Site Lead – Construction Services to lead the construction services activities on large-scale semiconductor or mission-critical projects. This role will serve as the General Contractor’s representative and act as a key interface between construction teams, the client, and personnel.

The Site Lead Construction Services will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client, develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the clients leadership team, lead site personnel, conduct regular employee check-ins, and promote and maintain a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client.


• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.


• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on progress, staffing, performance, risks, and upcoming activities.


• Lead, coach, and develop site personnel.


• Establish individual and team performance expectations.


• Conduct regular employee check-ins and provide timely feedback.


• Address performance issues and employee concerns in partnership with Operations and HR.


• Promote a strong safety-first culture across the site.


• Ensure employees understand and follow all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.


• Immediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors.


• Provide timely and accurate reporting to Senior Operations leadership.


• Escalate significant safety, employee, client, financial, or operational issues appropriately.


• Maintain consistent communication between field personnel, client leadership, Senior Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other support functions.

Skills Required:

• MUST BE based on the Intel Chandler Campus


• Prior team leadership experience


• Prior client management experience


• Ability to read and understand multi-discipline construction documents and the ability to identify potential issues contained within.


• Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and Smartsheet.


• Software proficiency in construction management software platforms (BIM360, Procore, Autodesk, Prolog etc.)

Education / Licenses / Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred, but not required (Equivalent field experience is acceptable)


• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
