POSITION PROFILE

Accountable for the daily operations of small-site and acts as a go to person for a small team by


reporting and escalating facility related issues to assigned leadership; assists in maintaining


acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer service level expectations are met. Responsible for


performing the contracted office services including, but not limited to:  Mail services. The Site Leader is the point


person on site for customer issues and contract compliance for sites with no Site Manager assigned. Additionally,


 the Site Leader is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the


 client campus while providing excellent customer service. This is a physically active, driving-based role that


 requires reliability, attention to detail, and basic technical proficiency.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver and retrieve packages throughout the client campus in a timely and accurate manner

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing inbound and outbound packages (Domestic & International)

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff

  • Use company-issued iPhone and tracking systems to scan, log, and track packages

  • Communicate with team members and dispatch using Slack or similar messaging tools

  • Utilize basic computer applications, including limited use of Excel and Outlook

  • Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures


Physical Requirements



  • Walk up to approximately 5 miles per day

  • Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting


Qualifications



  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Comfortable using smartphone technology and package tracking systems

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and messaging tools such as Slack

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


Work Environment



  • Physically active, campus-based delivery and shipping/receiving setting

  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work

  • Fast-paced, customer-focused role


Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands



  • Daily in-person and telephone interaction with customers, employees, and managers

  • Daily contact with various carriers

  • Work under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, which may result in elevated stress levels

  • Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing or pulling wheeled equipment
