  • Stay up-to-date with safety regulations to ensure site compliance

  • Obtain permits and licenses for safety-related activities as needed

  • Maintain thorough records of safety inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions

  • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, owners, and regulatory agencies to address safety concerns and resolve any issues

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve safety processes through data analysis and industry best practices

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3 years in construction safety

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent relevant experience

  • Certifications: CSHO and CHST certifications preferred; MEWPs instructor qualification desired

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam/Adobe, and adept with various operating systems and applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner

  • Technical aptitude and strong attention to detail

  • Effective presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid understanding of OSHA 1926 standards and construction compliance requirements

The Site Safety Manager role involves active engagement on construction sites, which requires:
