Site Services Supervisor

Location: Albuquerque, NM | On-site

New Iron is recruiting a Site Services Supervisor for a semiconductor manufacturer in Albuquerque.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance operations and daily priorities.


• Supervise maintenance personnel, schedules, safety, and work quality.


• Coordinate with Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing.


• Manage critical maintenance escalations.


• Oversee contractors for preventive maintenance and repairs.


• Support audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience.


• 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including supervision.


• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, semiconductor equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to interpret technical and maintenance documentation.


• This role requires working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including use of PPE and occasional lifting, climbing, and confined-space work.
