Job Description - Six Week Contract for a Chef Team - Startup Residency - This Opportunity Has Been Put on Hold

Startup residency in San Francisco is searching for a chef and their team to provide lunch and dinner seven days a week at a large, private residence in Presidio Heights.  This is a seven-day a week role for a period of six weeks.

Lunch served at 12:30 and dinner at 6:00pm.  Approximately 25 people per meal and a few more on Sundays.

Varied cuisines with an emphasis on healthy, clean, restorative dishes.  Lean proteins, low carbs, lots of vegetables, with no refined sugars.

This is ideally a drop off opportunity with minimal cleanup required by the on site team.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of five years experience with high end, volume cooking and the ability to prepare and transport food for 25. This is a seven-day a week role for a period of six weeks.
