Ski Locker Attendant

Inspirato's Vail/Beaver Creek operations team seeks a dynamic, innovative, passionate and flexible, service-oriented Ski Locker Attendant who is extremely organized, familiar with the local area and dedicated to providing outstanding service catering to affluent clientele from around the world. This individual will support the Destination Concierge Team and Management to provide exceptional experiences for our members.
Job Requirements:
- Provide occupancy updates to ski locker partners weekly, or as needed
- Participate in team training sessions and special projects as requested by Destination Manager
- Provide a weekly update on ski locker operations
- Assist members with moving equipment from lockers to gondola and back
- Educate members on use of ski lockers and common areas, including boot dryers
- Be an advocate for members, proactively assisting them with problem resolution related to equipment issues
- Inspect ski lockers for proper daily equipment delivery and confirm with documentation
- Clean ski lockers and transport equipment per direction from Manager
- Maintenance and organization of ski locker area
- As an Ambassador for Inspirato, create a positive atmosphere in the ski locker area for members and all interested parties
- Communicate member requests to destination team
Desired Factors or Qualifications:
- Hospitality and guest service experience preferred, including a solid knowledge of the local area
- Honest, respectful, trustworthy, dependable, caring and fun
- Excellent employee and member interaction
- Organization and high level of attention to detail
- Upbeat, positive disposition with genuine “can do” attitude
- Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask inside an ever changing environment
- Proficient with communication technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, chat applications, etc.)
- Split shifts, including long days, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have a reliable insured vehicle
- Foreign language skills, especially Spanish and French, are a plus
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour
We build compensation structures that reflect comparable market rates for companies of similar size, revenue, and geography, while recognizing individual experience, performance, and demonstrated capability.
