We are looking for a Game Producer to support our Slot / Experience Design team. This role owns the game design and math workstream within our slot development pipeline: translating creative and mathematical direction from our design/math leadership into clear, scheduled tasks and deliverables, and tracking them through to completion. The Producer is the go-to point of contact for the status of any title's design and math work.

Responsibilities

- Own scheduling and follow-through for the game design and math workstream across all active titles.

- Serve as the operational partner to our design/math leadership, translating creative and mathematical direction into clear, scheduled tasks with committed dates for the design and math team.

- Track status, ownership, and deadlines for design and math deliverables across every active title.

- Run design and math reviews - own the agenda, decisions, and follow-through.

- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or missed deadlines before they affect downstream production.

- Coordinate design and math dependencies with Product, Art, and Development counterparts.

- Maintain visibility into the design and math team's workload and assignments.

- Maintain documentation standards (design docs, technical specs, math/PAR sheets) so titles hand off to production with complete, current specs.

- Hold the team - including senior design and math contributors - accountable to agreed timelines, escalating when needed.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in game production or producer roles, ideally in slots, casual, or free-to-play games.

- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and enforce deadlines across cross-functional teams.

- Comfortable working closely with senior creative and technical contributors and holding them accountable to commitments.

- Direct, clear communication style; comfortable pushing back and escalating when needed.

- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

- Working knowledge of slot mechanics and math concepts (RTP, volatility, PAR sheets).

- Experience coordinating across design, math, art, product, and engineering disciplines.

Experience and Education

- 4+ years in game production, delivery management, game design or producer roles.

- Experience in slots, social casino, or casino gaming strongly preferred.

- College degree or equivalent experience; game production, project management, or related training preferred.
