Permanent Placement | $60–$65 per hour

Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist for a rehabilitation opportunity in Salinas, California. Help patients improve communication, swallowing, and daily function through individualized care.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide therapy and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support treatment goals.
• Document evaluations, treatment, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• Current California SLP license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
