The Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other gas- and battery-powered tools. This role ensures equipment is restored to safe, reliable working condition while delivering excellent customer service and technical support.
The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. As a brand representative, the technician upholds to Ace Hardware standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
