We’re currently looking for a Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest arrives through the completion of their service visit.

You’ll represent the Lexus brand, build relationships with our customers, and work alongside our technicians to keep customers informed and their vehicles moving through the service process.

Your Day-to-Day

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Recommend maintenance and service based on customer and vehicle needs
• Create and manage repair orders
• Communicate pricing, timelines, and repair updates
• Coordinate closely with technicians
• Follow up with customers throughout the service experience
• Create the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into long-term customers

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Can balance customer needs with a busy service-drive environment
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has previous automotive or service-writing experience, preferred
