Part-Time Customer Service & Snack Bar Associate

Location: McGavock Dealership
Schedule: Part-Time Monday- Friday 1:00pm to 6:00pm and MUST be able to work Saturdays 8:00-4:00.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as a Customer Service & Snack Bar Associate. This role is much more than working behind a counter, it is about creating a positive experience for customers while they wait in our dealership.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Prepare and serve fresh popcorn, cookies, coffee, and other refreshments.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate the snack bar and assist customers with purchases.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep snack bar inventory stocked and organized.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional customer lounge area.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean coffee stations, snack bar equipment, and work areas throughout the day.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, including cleaning coffee pots, cleaning popcorn machine etc. 

  
  


• 
  

  Greet customers and engage in friendly conversation while they wait.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide exceptional customer service and help create a comfortable, welcoming environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with light administrative or customer service tasks as needed.

  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties.

  Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
