Snowmaker

Want the GREATEST job on the mountain? Come join our fantastic snowmaking team! Snowmakers get to be outside enjoying all mother nature has to offer. Snowmakers typically work four 12 hour shifts per week (hours over 40 are paid at 1.5x). Weekend and holiday shifts may be required. The season begins November 1st and culminates mid January. Snowmakers have the opportunity to work in other capacities once the season ends.

Responsibilities include:

• Running and maintaining snow guns, pumps and compressors to keep snow flying


• Hiking up and down the mountain in all types of weather and conditions


• Responsible for safe and efficient snowmaking


• Operating snowmobiles and ATVs


• Assisting the crew leader in preparation, operation, and maintenance of snowmaking systems.

Requirements: 

• Love for the outdoors


• Ability to lift 50-100lbs 


• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Experience a plus- but not required


• Pre-season training mandatory


• Helmet and uniform jacket provided.
