Soules Family Farms is a 4th generation, family-owned agricultural operation that specializes in row crop and livestock production, located in Arlington, Iowa. You’ll work directly with ownership and farm staff, and alongside the farm’s outside advisors.

We’re seeking a fast, creative Social Media Content Producer to capture the day-to-day of a working farm and turn it into short-form content that earns attention. If you have strong natural instincts for what makes content perform and you’d rather be out where the action is than behind a desk, this opportunity is for you.

The Team

You’ll work closely with our marketing team, who lead brand strategy, scheduling, and posting. Your focus is production: shooting, editing, captioning, and managing the day-to-day flow of content within that direction. The work is equal parts creative and operational. You take clear direction and run with it, but you also bring your own ideas and spot the moments worth capturing before anyone points them out.

As the Social Media Content Producer, you’ll:

• Capture life on the farm (the work, the seasons, the people, and the moments that make it real), shooting iPhone-first and      stepping up to a camera when a moment calls for it.
• Edit tight, well-paced short-form video built for the feed, and write captions that carry the brand voice and give each post a      reason to stop.
• Manage a steady pipeline of roughly 10 to 15 posts a month, working within the marketing team’s strategy and briefs and      delivering finished content ready for scheduling.
• Move quickly on turnaround and revisions so timely moments stay timely.
• Direct on-camera talent: set up the shot, guide the moment, and get what the content needs without a full production crew.
• Keep footage organized, hand off cleanly to the marketing team, and use good judgment about what isn’t for the feed.

• Initiative and coachability: you see what’s needed and go get it, and you work within a brief and turn revisions around      without friction.
• Natural instincts for the platform: you know what’s working right now and can feel what will land before it’s made.
• Real capture and editing skills: iPhone-first, comfortable behind a camera, and fluent in CapCut, Canva, or comparable tools.
• A capable writer who can carry a brand voice through a caption, with the organizational discipline to manage your own pipeline, hit deadlines, and follow through consistently.
• Comfort on a farm: early mornings, weather, and physical work don’t faze you.
• Bonus points for a track record of growing an account or producing content that performed, your own gear, and a genuine interest in agriculture, food, or rural life.
