SA-TECH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media/Administrative Coordinator to support the company’s communication and operational goals. This full-time, exempt, 100% in-office role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong administrative background who is eager to help elevate SA-TECH’s digital presence and support day-to-day office operations.

Specific duties include (but are not limited to):

• Social Media Coordination
  • Plan, create, and manage content for SA-TECH’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Maintain a social media calendar aligned with corporate announcements, industry news, and internal initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital platforms
  • Design graphics, write engaging content, and manage scheduling and posting
  • Monitor and respond to engagement activity, messages, and inquiries
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy
• Administrative Support
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and assist visitors and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage FedEx shipments and oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming mail
  • Provide support with calendar scheduling and coordination
  • Monitor office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Assist with the preparation of correspondence, document filing, and general administrative tasks
  • Support internal communications and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Work Conditions:

• Work is performed in an office environment.
• Work consists of sitting, reaching, standing, lifting (up to 35 lbs), working on a computer, answering phones.
• Some after-hours work may be needed from time-to-time.
• Regular M-F office hours.

Education/Experience/Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• One to three (1–3) years of experience in social media, office administration, or communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.
