Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Social Work; LCSW preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing and/or rehab center as a social worker or director
  • You should be tech savvy - solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office products & EMR
  • Presents a polished, professional image with good communication skills
