Tweeten Care Center is looking for a full-time Social Worker to join the team! If you are looking for a rewarding work environment in healthcare this position might be perfect for you!

What you will work:   

• Full-time: 36 hours/week
• Monday-Friday, Day shifts
• Holiday rotation
• Location: Spring Grove, MN

What you will do:   

• Social Workers provide assessment, planning, consulting, education and referral services to Gundersen Health System residents and family members.
• Act as consultants and leaders in comprehensive care throughout the system, while supporting organizational strategies and goals.

What you will need:   

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or in a related field   
• MN Social Worker license is required before starting employment
