Education

• Master’s Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. Required

Work Experience

• 1 year social work experience in a health care setting. Required

Licenses and Certifications

• LMSW - Licensed Medical Social Worker - State Licensure Upon Hire Required
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Upon Hire Required
