Social Worker - Liver Transplant

Conducts psychosocial assessment of potential organ transplant living donors. Provides emotional support, financial referral, and concrete services to Organ Transplant patients and their families.  Works as an integral part of the multidisciplinary Organ Transplant team in the inpatient and outpatient settings, pre- and post-transplant.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
• Experience working with issues of chronic illness and disability

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of post MSW work in a medical setting
• Psychiatric assessment and substance abuse treatment knowledge and experience highly desirable
