Software Engineer (C++, Java and/or Scala)

Important notes: Familiarity with always on, high frequency platforms is beneficial. Scala experience is a huge plus. Start up environment with strong financial backing.
The Engineering team seeks individuals passionate and disciplined about writing great software, and working together to tackle the challenges of the programmatic ad tech space. Position: Software Engineer (C++, Java and/or Scala) (multiple openings-low to senior level)
Term: Direct Placement (might consider contract to hire as well)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary/Hourly: Bring all candidates
Location: Boston, MA (could work remote but only in Boston area)

Expertise with at least two JVM languages (Scala, Java, Clojure, etc)
Experience building high-performance, distributed systems
Experience with ETL and machine learning ("big data" and analytics)
Front-end development with JavaScript and modern JS libraries
BS/MS in Computer Science
