Our client is a high-growth SaaS startup enabling advanced manufacturers to build world-class hardware. They're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the integrations team, building and maintaining connections between their growing SaaS product and external platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, product ownership, and technical guidance. You'll shape requirements and priorities, manage a strong team of engineers, and help build reliable integrations that solve real-world problems for customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven servant leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and knows how to turn ambiguity into clarity and action.
