Project Overview

This is a broad position that will serve as a team
lead for the Enterprise Applications team, facilitating collaboration with
other teams within the agency. The position will serve as the primary
escalation authority for complex technical issues and requires robust expertise
in cloud computing, systems engineering, and networking.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Monitor
    and manage Azure integrations and applications.

  • Ensure
    Azure Active Directory (AAD) configurations align with business
    requirements.

  • Architect,
    build, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including apps, flows, Power
    Pages, and Copilot Studio.

  • Manage
    user accounts, permissions, and groups.

  • Implement
    and configure third-party software integrations, including out-of-the-box
    integrations and custom-built applications.

  • Monitor
    and design solutions to ensure seamless communication and data transfer
    between systems.

  • Provide
    technical support for third-party software issues.

  • Deploy
    regular system and infrastructure updates.

  • Document
    changes and update configurations as needed.

  • Train
    and mentor existing staff on new tools and technologies.

  • Document
    best practices, recommend system enhancements, work with system architects
    as a technical SME, and create technical reference guides.

  • Participate
    in regular team meetings to share insights and provide feedback.

  • Oversee
    projects related to existing and newly acquired vendor software.

  • Interface
    with business units to understand their technical needs.

  • Collaborate
    with stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions.

  • Gather
    feedback from business teams to continually refine IT services.

  • Work
    with agency security engineers to identify and remediate system
    vulnerabilities.

  • Lead
    escalations involving multi-vendor collaboration to resolve complex
    integration, messaging, identity, and cloud service issues.

  • Develop,
    configure, and troubleshoot Copilot Studio bots and AI-driven workflows,
    integrating them with enterprise data sources and Power Platform
    components.



Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Experience
    with Windows System and Server Administration.

  • Strong
    knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

  • Extensive
    experience with Azure application permissions, Microsoft Graph API, App
    Registrations, and secret lifecycle coordination.

  • Experience
    architecting and integrating systems across cloud and on-premises
    environments.

  • Experience
    with Office 365 Administration.

  • Strong
    experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

  • Experience
    with System Center Service Manager (SCSM).

  • Experience
    with Cireson Web Portal for SCSM.

  • Strong
    knowledge of Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

  • Experience
    with DocuSign.

  • Experience
    with Verizon solutions and services.

  • Experience
    with IRONSCALES.

  • Experience
    with Cisco Umbrella management.

  • Experience
    with Websense.

  • Experience
    with Mobius View.

  • Experience
    supporting Macintosh environments.

  • Experience
    with Tableau.

  • Experience
    with SQL Redgate tools.

  • Experience
    with SharePoint Online.

  • Experience
    with VMware vSphere.

  • Experience
    with Microsoft SQL and Power BI.

  • Experience
    with Power Platform flows, connections, and application development.

  • Experience
    with VMware AirWatch.

  • Experience
    with System Center Orchestrator.

  • Experience
    with Copilot or equivalent Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Experience
    with ManageEngine ADManager and Self-Service Plus administration.

  • Experience
    with InformaCast.
